C.A. Carpenter

C.A. Carpenter is senior product manager of identity management solutions at Telos Corporation, a leading provider of continuous security solutions and services for the world’s most security-conscious agencies and organizations. With more than 25 years of experience in managing products that protect people, critical facilities and information assets around the world, C.A. is an expert in identifying new business opportunities and developing and bringing new products and services to market that establish trusted identities for secure business environments and continuous monitoring for insider threats. His expertise extends to working with strategic partners in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.

Before Telos, C.A. served as a senior product manager for Blackphone, managing the launch of the company’s first-generation cell phone; a lead senior product manager for BT Assure Security Intelligence, overseeing the delivery of a number of hosted security offerings; a senior technical project/product manager and team lead for AOL, Inc., directing the implementation of new online ad targeting products and overhaul of AOL’s Customer Care email system; and an assistant vice president of marketing for NHC Communications, working with strategic partners to define software, hardware and regulatory requirements for successful product deployments, generating $29M in sales.

C.A. is a member of the T1E1 Subcommittee for interfaces, power and protection of T1 telecommunications networks, a working group accredited by the American National Standards Institute, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Vendors ISDN Association. He studied electrical engineering at Bradley University and resides in Ashburn, Va.
